Lenny has been with EVOENERGY Inc. since it’s initial inception (20 years ago), and has experienced all the shifts and advancements the science has endured.. He brings over 30 years in engineering, and engine systems, and chemical research technologies. Lead developer of thermal materials systems including EVOShield System technologies, offering customized solutions and designs for manufacturing partners to meet critical thermal management needs, and solutions for high-temperature and high corrosion industrial environments.

Mike brings decades of Engineering and Management expertise to advance critical adaptive infrastructure solutions, including co-development of a unique Lightweight Composite Scaffolding with Dr. Lindstrom. Mike will also be advising Executive Team on key strategic partnerships and developing customized Engineering Solutions with teams.

Cynthia saw the promise of EVOENERGY Inc.’s unique blend of scientific and engineering expertise as the the path towards answering the energy demands of today, and paving a sustainable path for the future. Her career background rooted in Managing Healthcare Organizational systems, from the lens of a Registered Nurse, her passion runs deeps for healthy humans and planet, which requires sensible and healthy energy solutions. She accepted the CEO mission five years ago, and has successfully led the organization through obstacles and uniquely championed the prioritization of science. This targeted approach has led to the company become a C Corporation as of 2025, and allowed the necessary leadership and governance adjustments, empowering EVOENERGY Inc.’s unique integrated approach, with multiple intersections to become a front runner in advancing solid science and engineering solutions.

 Charles “Chuck” Heath is a career Certified Public Accountant with decades of expertise spanning accounting, taxation, financial strategy, and business consulting. Through Charles E. Heath CPA, P.A., his professional practice has encompassed small-business accounting, cash-flow management, bank financing, strategic planning, business formation and succession, nonprofit guidance, and internal controls. As Chief Financial Officer, Chuck brings seasoned fiscal judgment and disciplined oversight to EVOENERGY’s research, pilot development, and commercialization priorities. His trusted-advisor approach helps translate ambitious initiatives into responsible budgets, sound controls, and viable capital strategies—strengthening informed decision-making, organizational accountability, and the company’s foundation for sustainable growth.

Pamela Hoke is an organizational strategist, creative director, published author, and educator in natural systems thinking, with more than 25 years of experience guiding entrepreneurial and mission-driven organizations through growth, transition, and renewed focus. As Chief Operating Officer, she leads EVOENERGY Inc.’s operational strategy, governance coordination, commercialization planning, and organizational infrastructure—aligning science, people, partnerships, and communications around clear priorities. Founder of Natural Brand Studios, SPC, Pam combines entrepreneurial leadership with an Executive Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Policy & Governance. Throughout her career, she has also maintained a successful professional practice as a painter of the natural world, bringing a unique blend of creative inquiry, ecological awareness, and adaptive systems thinking into her leadership approach – laser-focused on empowering engineering and science for sensible, sustainable solutions

Barry Grant Marsh is an award-winning communications executive and broadcasting veteran with more than four decades of experience across media, marketing, advertising, and public relations. As founder of BGM Creative and former co-owner and general manager of WSTU-AM, he has built a career translating complex ideas into compelling messages, trusted relationships, and measurable visibility. A dedicated steward of EVOENERGY for more than 16 years, Barry now leads corporate communications and advances the government, manufacturing, media, and strategic relationships essential to moving the company’s innovations toward real-world opportunity. His creative career also spans award-winning media production, authorship, and published songwriting. Barry’s exceptional experience in both creative and corporate and government realms empowers the company to discover the ideal strategic partnerships and solutions.
